个人简介:
利用所提出的计算方法,聚焦于材料相变机制与结构演化理论研究,涵盖铁电材料相变路径、对称性约束算法等前沿方向。提出基于群论的对称性约束路径搜索框架,首次系统解析铁电氧化铪的全息相变路径,揭示其关键中间相演化机制,并进一步提出抑制铁电性衰变的可行策略。在Nature Catalysis、Nature Photonics、PNAS、JACS等国际高水平期刊发表论文30余篇,总被引超3000次。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,参与国家自然科学基金重大项目、科技部重点研发计划等课题,开发跨尺度材料动态演化模型,为铁电存储器件设计提供理论支持与科学依据。
